The example rezzer will occupy the whole region, and use up most of the PE on a homestead. That said, it can easily be modified to a more reasonable PE like a quarter region or whatever you wish to lay out. The example rezzer includes multiple examples of several possibilities, using the kit. The grungy industrial theme is ideal for an urban build, particularly if you'r'e a fan of elevated roads and bridges.

Despite the high LI on some parts, it truly is a fantastic set that is user friendly and really sets off the tone for any build. Like in previous reviews, the large example rezzed out really shows what this is capable of with some imagination.

Great for urban grungy builds, textures are good quality and the faces make it really easy to change if you want to use other textures with it. Some of the pieces are a bit high in LI but that was expected. Also loved the large example, some smaller example pieces may have been a great addition as well but overall I love this kit. Great quality for the price.

Overall, the kit looks very nice. Suiting for any urban or grungy settings. The materials is subtle, which is a good thing for a street(The whole thing doesn't look like a wet road), and the textures are nicely done.
The collision is accurate for all of the road pieces, but some of the decor, such as the bridge frame, has large gaps that look like you could walk through them, but it's just a square collision.
Some of the parts are higher land impact that you might expect, such as some of the pole wires being 3-4 LI each, and some of the street pieces being 15-25ish LI, but the ad itself gives a list of the parts and their LI, so you know what you're getting into before you buy it.
Overall, if you aren't concerned with LI, this is an excellent starting kit for an urban environment with a surprisingly low price for the quality.

The textures are great, every piece fits perfect with the other one. You can resize them without loosing quality. I wasted more money in other kit from another store, I whish I would have found this one first. I love it. Thank you! :)
