MAKE SURE YOU SELECT FACE IN THE BUILD WINDOW OR ELSE YOUR TEXTURE WILL BREAK

Right-click an object and select Edit. This opens the Build window to the Object tab.
Allows you to click and select individual faces of the object for the purposes of applying a single texture.
1. Be in build mode....
2. Go into the edit tab...
3. Make sure "Select Face: is enabled...
4. Now Select the faces you want to edit
