These earmuffs are an unrigged mesh item and modifiable, allowing you to resize them to fit a variety of mesh heads as well as the classic Second Life avatar.
Although this item can be worn with the mesh listed above, it is still possible you might have to tweak your shape, or use your mesh HUD.
