It was made for a big avatar and only has a basic swish animation. I was finally given permission to sell it, so... here it is! Perhaps it wasn't clear with that, but I didn't make this tail. If you want to make a smaller size, I'm going to need someone to do it for me.
Other tail animators work well with it.
Included is the basic gray texture, the tail and a link to the PSD.
