The whole build is huge, uses no megaprims except for the ground plate and no sculpties - therefore it is very primmy of course. Since it will fit on a 4098 sqm plot, which usually supports 937 prims, the 400 prims of the Colloseum will still leave you far more than the half of the prim space for the plot that´s necessary.
It´s textured with only 4 different textures and with that is very low lag so to speak. You can find a full perm copy of all used textures in the box, so in case you´d like to add some rooms for yourself and make it a multi-purpose build ... you can make it fit the look of the Colloseum.
EVERYTHING, except for scripts is MOD! So if you need to cut down the number of prims or simply want to make it look more decayed - you can do that. I linked the parts as larger modules, so you can also easily make it a Colloseum half as high and with only half number of prims. Don´t worry if any part of it says it´s (no modify) - that is only for the scripts in it. Once you´ve properly placed it on your land you may click the rezz box and choose -FINISH- from the menu. This will remove all the link-rezzer-scripts from the build and reduce lag.
You will also find a box called "Breaking Bricks" in the contents. This box contains a script, a sound and 3 scripted prims. These 5 items is the set you need to make other prims "breakable" - just unlink any prim from the build and throw these 5 things into it.
