Play your own music in second life.
Upload your songs (mp3) to a free platform
(i suggest https://d.tube or soundcloud.com*) or use
hundred thousands of songs, that have already
been uploaded by others to those platforms.And
have your songs then available to choose from in
second life.

Create a playlist and let it run once or loop mode.
You can also just pick one song and let that one play.

The device uses Shared Media in Second Life, so
make sure, that you have automatic play in settings
checked.

After uploading the songs to soundcloud.com you
can create a playlist on a notecard, by copying the
urls from soundcloud and the duration of the song
(soundcloud shows it to you) to the notecard.

In case your land is group owned, you need to use
the (included) transfer version of the device and
deed it to the group that owns the land.
