MS Cover Charge: Temp & Fee based parcel access
Need or want to charge a cover charge for your event or charge admission to your sim, RP, concert or club?
This handy system was designed to allow temporary access to residents based on prices and times you allow!
Example 1: You are hosting an event or concert and want to charge everyone $25L at the door - Rezz MS Cover charge, set 25L and 2 hours and you're good to go!
All in attendance must pay $25L to have access to the parcel and be a part of the event!
Example 2: You own a spa and guests are required to pay to enter and take advantage of the services. Rezz and set to 25L and 1 hour plus 100L and 12 hours (all day pass) and your guests can decide which plan works for them - pay and gain entrance!
Easy to set up and even easier to use!
Does not work at all...
This product doesn't work at all as advertised and the owner/creator's customer service is non-existent. DO NOT BUY!! In fact, Linden Labs introduced this feature a few years ago, allowing residents to subdivide parts of their land and allow Access fees for custom duration. Once set, in order to see the "buy now" option just make sure "show ban lines" under world is checked to see. All in all, do not buy this horrible waste of a product when you can simply do what you need to do for free. Wish I had known.
Does not work for Skyboxes
The products works, but it's not quite as easy as the description leads you to believe. The description does not state that this product doesn't work above ban lines. This means it must be used on land. It doesn't work for skyboxes. I would not have bought it if I'd known this. I got no response from the creator when I messaged him with questions. If you're using it for land, you can save $500 and just choose sell passes in your about land - same difference.
