Please understand that it may take a couple of hours as I also work in SL (My life passion is music and so in SL I choose to DJ so any issues will have to wait until I'm in a place that I can rez and help figure or or correct an issue). If I've had issues reported to me there is a notecard that tells you different errors and fixes to correct it. I may not be able to always fix the issue physically due to creation errors but I can tell you how to override it and things are perfect! So please do give me the chance to offer support before making up the negative review, I want people to be very happy with their product and purchase.
