[ LICENSE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE ]
A "Resource Pack" is the collection of one or more digital files packaged in the form of a product made available for purchase by the account "MeshTemplates Resident" on Second Life®. A Mesh Resource Pack may include 3D models, texture maps, documents and imagery used for promotional purposes. A DAE Resource Pack may include all of the above and instructions on how to receive the DAE files. Texture Resource Packs will include ready made PNG or TGA images used for texturing.
[ LICENSE ]
A purchase includes a Single Account License for use only within Second Life ®.
A Resource Pack can only be used for and within Second Life®.
The use/sale/share/upload of any Resource Pack obtained through the Second Life Marketplace or within Second Life's Grid into other 3D Games, Websites, Platforms or Grids is prohibited.
You are not allowed to give/share/send/sell this License, Resource Pack and any of it's contents, as it is, to another account, alt, friend, business partner, etc.
Each account using/working/selling a Resource Pack will require their own License and must purchase their own copy.
A Resource Pack can be gifted by using the gifting options available on the Second Life Marketplace and MeshTemplates Resident vendors within Second Life's grid.
Marketing materials such as advertisement pictures, etc, cannot be used without prior consent.
[ OWNERSHIP ]
I retain ownership and property rights of Resource Packs, contents and any derivative work from the original.
[ PERMISSIONS ]
Resource packs and any derivative work can only be sold with Full Permissions by MeshTemplates Resident.
You are allowed to resell your Resource Pack as an end product with one of the following permissions :
- Modify / Copy / No Transfer
- No Modify / Copy / No Transfer
- Modify / No Copy / Transfer
- No Modify / No Copy / Transfer
[ TEXTURES ]
You are allowed to use a 3D Model Resource Pack to create and sell Full Permission textures of your own.
Texture Resource Packs can be used as is with it's 3D Model Resource Pack granted that you follow and apply the reselling permissions and pricing stated in these term.
Texture Resource Packs by MeshTemplates Resident cannot be used for Group Gifts.
When purchasing a Texture Resource Pack you are allowed to alter the image and colors to your liking. You may add your name, store logo or other text as long these are not for any defamatory, harassing, or racist purposes.
[ PRICING, SALES, EVENTS & GROUP GIFTS ]
The pricing of the end product can never be less than L$99 per texture, with the following exceptions.
When using a HUD, use the pricing above as base and add, minimally, L$10 per texture offered.
If you sell individual textures and a Fatpack, you are allowed to offer the Fatpack at a discounted value.
You are allowed to resell your end products in events and sales. If an event or sale requires you to offer your product for a price between L$49 to L$99, only use individually textured models or HUD driven products that include up to ten textures. If the price is lower than L$49, only use individually textured models. These price changes should only be temporary and the duration no longer than seven days.
You are allowed to use one out of ten purchased Resource Packs by MeshTemplates Resident of your choosing as a Group Gift. The Group Gift can only be offered to your group members in-world and cannot be placed on the Marketplace.
Please report to me which Resource Packs you are planning to use as Group Gift by filling and sending the report notecard included with the purchase.
[ POLICIES ]
Demo's are available for skinned (rigged) models. Always try before purchasing.
All sales are final. Refunds are only emitted on duplicate purchases with verified transactions.
[ UNAUTHORIZED USE ]
If the License Agreement, Terms of Service or the use of the Resource Pack have been violated you will be contacted to rectify the matter. Depending on the severity of the breach, you may be blocked and a DCMA will be reported to Linden Labs.
