This animation vendor is similar in function to a normal posestand but offers you the chance to show your animations in multiple categories or price ranges, thereby drastically increasing the number of animations a single stand can hold whilst eliminating the need to scroll through large numbers of animations.
It comprises a root prim with </> buttons to scroll through each category, a Pay prim, which the avatar will pay when they wish to buy an animation, a posestand, and 14 copyable/moddable buttons for categories.
I've added a backboard for your logo, etc, but that's optional and can be removed to cut down on prim numbers, as can the pose-stand prim itself.
Most posestands are at least 2 prims, so 14 categories would normally use 28 prims minimum.
This machine does it in 18 including the backboard and stand.
This means you can have more people trying out more animations in more categories using less prims and floorspace.

HOW TO SET IT UP
When rezzed inworld, or if the scripts are reset, the machine will ask you for Permissions to debit your sl account, this is necessary in case payment needs to be returned to the payer, so click "Grant".
(In the event that someone other than the person using the machine makes a payment to it, their money is returned)
Stocking Up The Machine - this is done by selecting each button individually (using "Edit Linked Parts") and dragging your animations into that button's contents.
While you have it selected - rename each button and use the description field to enter the price for the animations in that category. Then move on to the next making sure all the buttons have different names...(dances, dances1, for example)
***This machine is not suitable for use with animations you do not have rights to copy - if placed in the machine they will be lost. However, you should not be selling animations you dont have full rights to.***
If there are more buttons than you need, just unlink the machine and delete a few.
If you need more buttons you can either unlink and drag/copy the ones from the machine, or rez some of your own.
If you choose to make your own buttons, take a copy of a button script from the machine, put it in your new button, and link it to the rest.
Make sure the </> arrow prim (control prim) is the root of the set when relinking.
Having done all that, hop on the thing and choose a category so the vendor loads itself.
The pay prim gets floating text "Click here to buy" as soon as an avatar is on the machine. That text is taken from the name of that prim, so can be changed easily.
That's all there is to it, really.

HOW TO USE IT
Clicking anywhere on the machine will seat you and begin whichever animation is number 1 in the category last set.
An instant message is sent to the avatar telling them to use the left/right buttons, or the category buttons if they wish.
Only the avatar on the machine can operate the buttons.
Pressing the left/right arrows will step through the animations in that category while floating text displays animation name, number, category name/total, and price in front of the posestand.
Press a category button and it turns from white to grey while animations from it are loaded into the machine, then to gold when loading is complete.
Floating text over the posestand tells the avatar that the category is being loaded, and the current animation continues to run.
Loading a new category doesnt take more than a couple of seconds generally, and once it's in - the avatar is animated by number 1 in the new category.
To buy the current animation the avatar simply pays the payprim. The current animation is sent and an IM telling them "Thankyou for your purchase. Your animation 'anim_name' has been sent"
They can, of course, continue scrolling and buying as long as they are on the machine.

Thank you for using this machine to sell your animations, and as always, if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please feel free to IM me inworld.
All the best to you,
