Easy script to change the textures of your modifiable prims over a user-friendly dialog based menu system.

Only the owner or the users of the deeded group of the object which contains the script can open the dialogs!

Using modes of the Script:

Script can be used in different modes:

- Newbee mode for textures / transparency
- Advanced mode for textures / transparency

How to use the script is descripted in the following chapters

Deedable to group:

If you like to open the dialog menu and the local chat commands to other users, just deed the object with the script in it to the a group. After this all users from this group can also handle the menu and commands.

One script to handle one or several linked prims:

This script works as good with one prim itself as also with a several prims linked together to a object.
In the Advanced mode is also customizable which prim and which faces has to be handled.

Setup a object with the newbee mode use ?to handle the transparency of the prim sides:

1. Insert the script in the content of the object without any textures?

The menu shows automatically the buttons to change the transparency of the object in 20% steps

Setup a object with the newbee mode use ?to handle the textures of the prim sides:

1. Insert your own textures in the content of the object
2. Insert the script in the content of the object?

The menu shows automatically the buttons to with the texture names on it, select one to change it on the prim?

Restrictions: the texture names should not be more than 12 letters or the name is cuted by script

Setup a object with the advanced mode:

For the advanced mode u can put the textures to change in the content of the prim or u can leaf them in your inventory in a folder which one u never will delete and take with a right click the asset uuid of the texture to define the texture in the notecard.

1. Make a copy of the mxTextureChanger_config notecard

2. Open the new mxTextureChanger_config notecard

3. Define the Channel for the local chat commands, default is set to 7

4. Define the Mode of the Script, default is set to 0 (0=Texture mode;1=Transparency mode)

5. Define the CloseButton Text, default is set to ‘Close’

6. Define the DialogText, default is set to ‘Select your option’

7. Define the prims and its sides in PrimsNFaces to let the script change the texture or transparency?to use all prims, let the value on default ‘-1~-1’. ?To Edit not all side from all prims define also the indexes of the faces to edit (sample: ‘-1~1,3,4’). ?To Edit not all prims same define with the first number the link number of the prim to edit, followed by the face indexes and to edit all faces use the index -1 (sample: ’1~2,4|3~-1|4~0,1,3,5’).

8. In texture mode add below the [Options] Tag per line your textures (sample: ButtonName=TextureNameOrUUID).?In transparency mode you can clear all lines below the [Options] Tag to let the transparency menu generate automatically?or set below your own custom transparency steps per line (sample: 45%=0.45).

9. Store the notecard in your inventory and move it then from there to the content of the object.

10. Insert the script in the content of the object.
