This is the 4 room changeable house. It is low prim to fit on the smallest 512 plots with prims left over for landscaping and still have furnished rooms to enjoy. If you would like a demonstration of the house just IM me and we can set up a time for it. This house is 44 prims plus 4 more for the fan if you keep it. The rooms all use 44 prims for the furnishings so the prim count will remain constant no matter which room is in use.
The House
------------
The blinds on the windows open and close by touch.
The door is a Timeless door.
Touching any part of the house besides the windows or the door will bring up a menu to change the room of the house or permissions for who is allowed to change the rooms.
There is a modifiable script to add friends to the friends list. There is an object in the box you purchase to show the uuid of the person touching it.
Living Room
-------------
The bookshelf will handout an example book when you touch it. You can add your own books if you would like more to be handed out.
The couch and chair have 14 different fabrics which can be changed by touching them.
The lamp will turn on and off by touch.
The radio works by touch on it's base and will give a menu.
The fireplace turns on and off by touch.
The TV works by touch and will give a menu.(owner only)
Dining Room

The candles light by touch. There is a delay in the turning off.
The centerpiece on the buffet will become a water ornament by touch. There is a delay in the turning off. To turn off touch the vase not the water.
The ceiling lamp will turn on and off by touch.
The table will set and unset itself by touching the plates. The plates in the right stack set the close end of the table and the plates in the left stack set the far end of the table. The bottom plate in each stack sets the end chair position.
Kitchen
---------
The fireplace turns on and off by touch.
The stove turns on and off by touch and the pots will boil when it is on.
The sink has hot and cold running water. The right handle is the cold water and the left handle is the hot water. If you turn both handles on you will need to turn both handles off for it to stop.
The refrigerator will open to touch. There is a surprise if you choose sit on the door instead of touch.
The washer is also a surprise if you choose to sit in it or the washbasket.
Hottub
--------
The ceiling lamp will turn on and off by touch.
The napkin holder will give you a napkin.
The menu will give you a choice of snacks and beverages.
Touching the sunbathing towel will start and stop faerie lights. Sitting on it will be a sunbathing position.
To make the pose balls come and go on the relaxin' rug say hide or show.
The hottub will seat 12 people. The blue button changes the water level. The red button changes the steam level. The green button turns the jets on and off.
Due to the copiable nature of the house and its contents there are no refunds.
