This pack includes both the boy and girl narbabies.
To use, add/wear the narbaby boy or girl. You may have to disable your AO. Click the mobile on the narbaby's tusk to make it spin and play music. Click the mobile again to switch to another song. Finally, to turn the music off, click the mobile one more time.
To manually adjust to best fit to your avatar, right click on the item, choose 'edit', and use the edit window accordingly.
