This package includes a wearable helmet in roman soldier style, as well as a display version of the helmet on a stand.
The wearable helmet includes a resize script, but can also be manually adjusted to best fit on your avatar by right clicking on the worn item, choosing 'edit', and then using the edit window accordingly.
Land impact is 3 for the display version, but may increase if the item is resized.
** REMEMBER to ALWAYS make a copy of wearable items BEFORE you try modifying them in any way! This will save you possibly needing to unpack a new copy or having to retrieve a redelivery of the item. **
