I bought it today and it is Version V3.
The Rezzer works fine and i found no mistakes up to now.
Follow exactly the instructions of the Notecard and give the rezzbox a little bit time to sort all exactly out.
Needs An Update
Ok. First. This is a very nice building. The design is unlike anything you will see. It's sheer scale and the dramatic public spaces are amazing.
Unfortunately this building is plagued by physics bugs, rezzer bugs and other issues that make it unsuitable for anybody to actually use. Once rezzed out I could physically move parts of the building which while fun would quickly end up with a complete mess of a building once visitors to a sim realized they could do the same thing.
With the physics issues and issues with the rezzer I decided it was more trouble than it was worth. If you do decide to buy this one plan on a lot of time to fix it once it's rezzed to deal with physics issues and rezzer issues and bring at least a full sim or two. The scale of this building shows how little space 256x256 really is.
The land impact is pretty heavy and despite it's scale they could probably do a little better with it if they spent some time with it. You could probably do the same just by ripping out some of the stuff that was not needed.
Brilliant build with So Much Modding Potential @ an Amazing Price
I just cannot believe this build. It has become one of my favourite items. The high detail vs LI/complexity/texture resolution is excellent and there is the perfect amount of shading, imo. You have SOOO many options because of the enormous size and the way it is put together. I used this as a base for our current (2018/19) main stage and venue. You would barely recognize it now, but what enormous fun it was! I really do not think you can go wrong with this build. Thank you so much to the awesome team at Madpea!
