Clicking on this item will bring up the control menu that will allow you to choose which speed you wish to travel at, as well as choose to turn sounds and headlights on or off.
To use the horn feature, there are a couple of options. While moving, click on the handlebars. While stationary, you can not only click the handlebars but also use your C or PgDn keys.
This item can be manually adjusted to your avatar by right clicking on the worn item, choosing 'edit', then using the open edit window accordingly.
