Although it's a bit high in LI, it's totally worth it, it's very well detailed both in mesh and textures, it works incredibly and you couldn't expect less from a Madpea product, it comes with everything indicated in the description and I didn't have any complaint.
In case you want to save some prims you can always unlink the decoration and delete it 10/10
