Land impact of the cottage is 64, but may increase if the item is resized. Fence pieces range in land impact from 1 to 4 depending on the pieces being used, and may increase if they are resized.

Adorable!
This little cottages are perfect for the beach or guest houses for friends and family.
Low-impact and Cozy
I am a picky person, but this cottage was ideal for me. The front door has scripts to grant and revoke access, which is neat. After walking inside you'll find a large spacious living room with dark wooden floors and white wooden walls. To the left you will find a hallway with 2 doors, 1 room is noticeably larger than the other, so I gathered it's a bedroom and a bathroom. The end of the hallway has a window, ideal for an end table and some plants. Add some paintings or posters on the walls. If you walk straight through the living room it will lead to a small foyer with a backdoor. Out the backdoor you will see two benches built-in on the foundation of the house (You can see it on the green house in the image).
Considering the land impact, price range and variety of colors and fences, I think this is a great deal for those who wants a home and not stress out over filling every single room with furniture. I did have to resize the cottage just a bit due to me wearing large avatars; The house alone ended up being 70LI to match my size but it's a great fit.
