This is a texture mod, you will need to own the Kemono avatar and the Ambix King Penguin mod
The tail used on my screenshot is from the KZK Central Dragon but the penguin tail included from the Ambix King Penguin modkit will work or any other tail can work too. Be sure to blank out the texture and tint it RGB 15 15 15. The white fluff for the leg RGB is 251 247 241
Colors boxes and RGB numbers provided to tint the eyes and legs.

Had trouble but got taken care of
I really enjoyed the more cuter cartoon penguin look but had trouble with the feet. the creator was willing to help me out! very friendly. make sure you use the regular style penguin feet when adjusting the colors.
