IMPORTANT:

Because the doors have scripted elements (e.g., the window panes), they are multi-prim objects, and as multi-prim objects, they shouldn't be linked to your build. Leave the doors unlinked. When you pack your house up in a rez box, simply pack each of the doors as single items like any other part of the house, and they will go into place once the house is rezzed.

They may be used in a build that you sell, but not sold by themselves (stand alone or as is). Some significant creator effort must be spent, more than simply changing the texture, modifying the item slightly, or tacking on a simple other object or objects.
