This is an animated Magic 8-ball that spins the die on click to a new fortune. A sound is played to accompany the animation. There is a hand held version that animates the avatar and a non held version that can be rezzed on the ground or worn as a head.
It is recommended to have advanced lighting enabled to see this item as intended but it will function with basic lighting just fine.
