Candypunk style victorian top hat is modifiable so you can resize it to fit your head and hair. Touch the hat for a menu of extensive customization options:
* Particle Effect: Adjust the size of the particle effects or turn them off. You also have your choice of warm or cool color palette.
* Stripes: Choose from 12 colors of stripes and change the quantity and direction stripes. (horizontal/vertical)
* Band: Choose from 5 differnt band designs or hide the band.
