This comes furnished lavishly, the pieces easily removed from the set and modifiable, just keep in mind the prim count is lower when the pieces are attached to each other.
Access can be made by spiral stairway or by 'sitting' on the magical crystals in the center that transport you up or down.
There is a meeting room on the main floor and a private quarters for living and working ones wizardly ways. A protective circle is on the floor.
Please do not try to attach the furniture to the tower, if you must move it after setting it down, try to click on all the pieces. I opted not to use a rezbox for this build.
Tower is 23 PE, but with the furnishings it is 54 total land impact. 18m x18m footprint
