I love Erfe's products, the products are nice but the customer service is seriously lacking. It makes me think many times about buying directly from the in world store again.

How can you sell something completely different from what was advertised for thousands of lindens, and then ignore people? At least on the MP you can leave a review if there’s an issue, and most creators respond quickly. Is it really that complicated to just redeliver the correct item? And why would the wrong product even be in the in world store in the first place?

I’ve sent IMs and even a notecard, but haven’t received a single reply. Meanwhile, they have time to chat in the group and release new products. Good products, but be careful with in world store.

I honestly got this set because I was in love with the glass on the vase. The whole set is cute af tho.
