This is a mailbox, and online / offline indicator.
The owner may retrieve messages left via notecard, they will be sent in a personal im to the owner, with the senders (notecard creators) name, and a link to click to open their profile for an easier return message.
There is a quiet mode toggle, to either receive instant messages and notecard notifications, or not.
You may modify the prim, or drop the script in a differen't one. Mody copy for the prim, copy only for the script
When online, the note sender will have the option of sending a realtime message or the notecard.
