OP PipBuck. Has multiple screens, case textures, screen colours and has a working map and Radmeter noises. Comes with both left and right versions, unrigged so can be moved and scaled.
Also comes with some rough animations for reading the screen in first person.
The time and date are also correct to UTC, and will update with the SL clock.

Bought it because of all the neat features it has, took some time, but I modified it to fit my human avatar, uploaded a status screen (human) texture, put it on a new bracer that fits a human arm, and added a radio with some classic Fallout songs. I love it!

amazing for the price! though a few notes!
the animations that come with the product are no-transfer, which means you can't add them to gestures for ease of use. that's the only real downside to this. everything else is top notch!
