What it does
Non-owners click Deposit → 60s window to drop a notecard.
Owner can always drop; gets IM + persistent popup.
Per-avatar cooldown to prevent spam.
Hover text shows quick steps, note count, and “Last posted by”.
Keeps a poster log (view/clear).
