Designed to somewhat resemble the glowing fibre optic sprays we used to see everywhere, this model includes it's rainbow texture and a full perm script to make the texture move up the individual strands. An ideal effect for fancy display stands, unusual decor and effects, even things like flower arrangements, or fireworks.
