No customer support at all
I bought this three weeks ago, the eyes and hair are old-style objects and can't be worn using a modern viewer. I IMed the creators and sent notecards.
No response. So I revised my review and took away a star. This is so easy to fix, the female version has modern parts. But the creators are mute. Do they care? They got my money, they must think they don't owe me anything else.
Don't buy this here. Go to their in-world store and look at the product contents. If you don't see proper eye and hair objects, do not buy it.

I bought it today, worked out well for me. only thing is wish i could keep my skins overall apperence and have the shine of the silver avatar..
