Mall 1 (Sand Coloured top)

This mall is perfect to start up your own store rental business or for use as an artists' community. It has been designed to fit on a 16348sqm (1/4 sim) of land. All of the stores that make up the mall are light and spacious which is sure to attract plenty of tenants.The outer perimeter consists of 16 stores: 4 corner stores (roughly 11X22 in both directions) and 12 11X 22M stores.

The interior of the mall can be used for whatever you choose, such as a club, or you can rez more stores. Included in the package are:

8 STORE CENTRAL ISLAND

This island gives you an optional extra 8 stores. 6 are 11 X 22m in size and 2 are 22 X 11M.

Use the rez box for these stores in the same way as the rez box for the mall.

Once these extra stores are rezzed there will be enough space left for other items you may want to rez, such as an information centre, seats, teleporter boards etc.

An alternative to the island of stores above is the block of 8 11 X 11M stores. There is no rez box for these stores so just place them from your inventory. There is enough space for 2 of the blocks of stores in the central mall area.

Both have Copy/Mod permissions so you can rez and configure as many as you need.

Be sure your parcel of land has enough prims to allocate to each store. As a guide, the mall with the larger island of stores rezzed = 405 prims. A 16384sqm parcel of land = 3750.
