The design of these shops are based on a Mediterranean style you see often in Spain and Italy. The arches, the patio's,.. it gives all a look and feel of warm and sunny days and shops full of things you really need to buy!! This shop is very detailed but still has a relative low land impact.
HOW DOES THIS SHOP LOOK LIKE
This shop has a footprint of 20 x 16 m. It has a land impact of 114. An easy to walk on stairs brings you to the second floor. The shop is modify so you can change things to your liking and make nice combinations with the other Mallorca shops to create a nice shopping area.
