Mandy's Manors - Cottage Cobalt

Cottage Cobalt is a medieval style 4 level cottage. The cottage contains 3 levels of living space with an optional lower (hidden accessible) level. The lower level is accessed by a hidden stairway. Additionally, the lower level can be removed leaving a 3 level cottage to reduce prim count. Controlled from a user menu, the cottage windows can be set to open or closed and the doors can be secured and set to be used by everyone, a specific group only, or only the owner.

Extras: Lanterns, Carpet, Fireplace,Torch guide points out special features of the house - delete it when it is no longer needed to regain 6 prims
