Cottage Maple Gothique is a furnished single family home that can be used on land (with a platform available to install on uneven land) but can be used as a SkyHome (skybox) as well. It is a 2 floor 8 room home on 3 levels accessible by telporters (1st floor, 2nd floor, and the roof). It is built on a grass platform with some small trees in the front and back, potted plants on the inside, and carpets on 2 floors. The house is built primarily in mesh The house is built entirely of mesh with the accessories in mesh or scultped prims (there are 2 classic prims that are used). It is designed specificaly to fit on a 512 meter lot (16 width by 32 length) although a large lot is ALWAYS recommended. As with all my items, everything is copyable and modifiable (with the exception of scripts)
