MiniCottage Gothique is a two story gothique style cottage complete with fireplace, outside lantern, and 2 rugs. A security menu is included that restricts access to the doors (owner, group, or all) or individually by specific avatar. Windows and upstairs ceiling can also be tinted from open to closed. A 2 meter foundation is included should you need to install the cottage on uneven terrain. The extras are installed with the house but are completely optional. As with everything at Mandy's Manors, all structural pieces are modifiable and copyable to suit your own tastes.
