TreeHouse SouthSeas is a large tree that makes home to two separately accessed and secured buildings: a cottage and two one room studios accessed by teleporters from a gazebo at the base of the tree. Each building has a separate control panel which allows the doors to be locked and the windows to be tinted for privacy. The second floor attic loft in the cottage is accessible from a drop down stairway that descends or ascends from your touch. Some amenities are included such as tiki torches, rugs, a fireplace, and a lamp on the balcony that is used to light the walk from one building to the other. The treehouse is built with mesh, sculpted prims, and classic prims. The teleporters are initialized to allow for multiple copies to be created without interfering with each other. Also, should you wish, the gazebo and studio can be copied and used separately elsewhere if you wish.
