TreeHouse Tuscany is a large tree that makes home to two separately accessed and secured homes resting amid the branches. At the base of the tree sits a gazebo from which access to each of the homes is initiated. Each house is separately controlled from a central security panel which allows the doors to be secured allowing access to only the owner, a group, anyone, or to specific individuals. Additionally, from the security panel, the windows can be tinted for privacy. The second floor attic loft is accessible from a drop down stairway that descends or ascends from your touch. Each house comes with some amenities (fireplace and rugs) to get your decorating started.
