A nice, warm, inviting home for ponies~
The Marechester cottage has 7 rooms, one of which is a secret, hidden room behind a bookshelf, and comes with scripted doors that play subtle sounds when opened and closed.
The front door is actually two separate doors: The bottom door is just barely big enough for EP Pony avis to go through, while the top door allows all but the largest of avatars to pass through.
The house comes with an optional basement, as well as a retexturable platform to hide said basement.

The house itself is only 44 Prims, and with the basement, platform, and doors attached, it still has a land impact of only 61~

*Fixed an error with the basement having convex hull physics. The basement can now be entered upon unpacking without any issue

Good Buy
While the house is great, there is simply two things that irk me about it. First off, the house need some modding to even be able to enter the basement, it wont let you go down the stairs unless you fiddle with phantom properties with several objects. Secondly, its hard to move the house since the doors are not part of the house and you have to manually select everything while moving it, which gets tedious. Other than that I love the house, it looks nice and has many rooms for us to use! A good buy.
