2 ways to use this item:
1) Just wear
While typing in general chat you will act as if you are doing your cruch exercises, and while sending your message, you will kiss your bicep.
2) use gesture or chat command to start the animation to have the style without the need to write in chat for it. (to mix better with your own AO, the animation will play only while your avatar is standing and will disappear when moving.)

Pretty cool... but
Everything about this works as described and it's pretty cool... except that it also has breathing sounds you can't turn off (To my knowledge) which get pretty annoying and make it pretty much unusable on an RP sim unless you want to irritate everyone near you and likely get yelled at, kicked off or band, since it's essentially noise spam.
Otherwise, thumbs up! I'd certainly give it a 5 star rating if I could do something about the breathing sound. Also a left hand version would be nice so that I can use other right hand accessories and so I don't get one big arm :D
