Welcome to this large Manor House, please see the photo of the house it is patterned after. It has 4 rooms plus a greenhouse downstairs, three rooms, a bath and a hidden room upstairs. There is also a secret door to the full attic. It is a 90% mesh build and weighs in at roughly 126 LI (Land Impact). Make sure that after you rez the building, you click save, which will remove the scripts, reducing the land impact.
The build measures 20 x 40 meters without the porch and greenhouse and comes in a rez-faux box. Simply place it on your land and press Rez. It is copy, mod, so if you wish to change things, feel free. Make a note someplace of the original position and orientation of the rez box. You can always put the box back and rez a new copy if you change something and what to restore the building to the original position.
