The house requires a land slot that has a minimum of 40x50m to fit (which is the house's base measurments). The living area is 25x50 on 2 separate floors so the house holds a total of 1500 sqm (calculating the 2nd floor balcony) devided into 8 rooms. 261 prims. The layout is very open and spacious.
All doors are lockable, all windows have blinds and can be set to 100%, 75%, 50% or 25% at your preference. The house also comes including a very easy-to-use rezzing system - just click to rezz - and just as easy to move after rezzing; high tech alarmsystem with easy to use menu options, this alarm will alert you if an intruder enters your house; Elevator to go between the 1st and 2nd floor; a beautiful fountain and a pool.
WHAT IS THE SMART HOUSE SECURITY & MANAGING SYSTEM?
Mansion Sedna comes equipped with the Smart House Security System which is just that - and easy to use system to manage the scripts included in the house.
The owner can, of course by default, manage all scripts such as set blinds on/off, lock/unlock doors and manage the alarmsystem that comes with the house - the Smart House Security & Managing System allows you to add and remove anyone with just a few clicks - the System then grants that AV access to manage all of these features.
The security system also comes including an intruder alert system. Any AV not listed for access that enters the house will send an alert message to you. The intruder alert system can be turned on/off at your preferance. Details on how to operate the system is available in the separate user manual NC.
