How can I change the skin color?

Thanks for this cute exotic avatar.

I replaced the body part with Maitreya Lara Mesh body.
And I want a more bright skin color for the head part to match the body color.

The skin color is fixed at brown color as you see in the picture.
I do not know how to change the head skin color.

If there were several skin color options, it would be perfect.

And I think the long dress does not seem Mesh.
When I bounce my breast, it pokes out of the long dress.
