This is a pair of sun glasses / prescription glasses which may be controlled by a menu (and even locked and controlled by others).

There are several modes of operation:

Prescription - 3 modes - Very short sighted to Long sighted (affecting where the blurring of vision occurs) with additional 3 levels of degree of blurring depending on the strength setting

Blind - wearer's vision deteriorates with distance and amount depending on the strength setting

Normal - sun glasses (applying a coloured filter depending on your lens colour, opaqueness of filter and 3 levels of effective strength of the filtering effect)

Operation
-------------

Just wear the glasses, adjust positioning and click for a menu. As the glasses are a single mesh prim you may resize & adjust them at will. Best attachment point is the Nose but if this is unavailable to you almost any head position should work fine.

Others may click your glasses and get a menu and if it is not locked they may lock it on and control your vision.

Menu Options
----------------

Lock - will lock the glasses. Others (including you) may click the glasses and get a menu providing information about the status but the options are restricted. This will allow you to set timers.
Even when locked anyone may click your glasses if in range but only the person who locked them may be allowed to change anything.

Unlock - unlocks the glasses (owner/locker is removed). Timer is stopped (this is automatic if a set timer elapses)

Set Vision - Menu to set the Sight and Strength options

Normal - vision is normal and sun glasses filtering may take effect

V.Short - very short sighted, blurring starts at about 2m

Short - short sighted, blurring starts at about 5m

Long - long sighted, blurring for everything under 15m away

Blind - everything beyond a given distance goes dark

Strength - applying to each of the 5 levels above (Normal affects the appearance of objects - you are looking through tinted glasses right? The other modes affect degree of visual blurring or where things get dark).

Low - little effect (low blurring or low colour filtering if Normal)

Medium - medium effect

High - maximum effect

The options above give 15 combinations of settings

Reset - returns glasses to Normal vision/Low strength (note: colour filters may then operate)

Adjust Frame - Menu which permits changing frame colouring

Parts that may be recoloured depend on the glasses design you are wearing but may include:
Lens Rims, Temple, Temple Tips, Nose Pads, Mars Logo

Adjust Lens - Menu which permits adjusting the lenses.

Lens Colour - changes lens colour and affects colour of filtering if Normal Sighted

Lens Filter - changes opacity of the lenses which affects the strength of filtering if Normal Sighted

Lens Texture - changes just the texture used for the lens (no effect in vision)

Lens Rotate - Rotates the lens texture by 90deg each time

Input Colour - permits manual input of a colour for Frames, Logo or Lenses
The colour may be entered as either an RGB vector <0.0,0.0,0.0> - <1.0,1.0,1.0> or in Hex #rrggbb
Tip you can get this from your viewer Color Picker (Edit something and select Texture/Color) by clicking "Copy LSL"

Timer - sets a timer after which the wearer is automatically unlocked / released
(owner/locker is effectively removed)

No Timer - switches off the timer (note wearer remains locked)
