When you walk on the Mat you will hear a sound bit "Me and you is friends, You Smile I Smile, You Hurt I Hurt, You Cry I Cry,You jump off bridge I Gonna miss your e-mails!"); You will also see it in local chat.
To prevent "spamming" the rug is set to remember the last avatar passing, so not to set off the rug again another avatar must pass over the rug before you can get the message again.
