Really pretty, but wont rez

I bought this about a week ago. The design is really pretty and I think will add character to any doorway. With that being said, it won't rez/open. At first I thought is was just SL being SL, but I've tried off and on for the past week since purchasing. It won't rez at my home nor at the sandboxes that I've gone to.
