Make sure your viewer allows to
- display meshes
- add multiple alpha skins
Add the alpha skin to your avi, so you can wear it together with other alphas - of jackets for example.
Right click the alpha skin in inventory and choose "add" instead of "wear".

tried this demo and was blown away! Looks amazing and fits really fine (I know mesh is a pain if your avatar is "unique", but it's not the creators fault that you choose to look different than 90% of sl's players)

Beautifully sculpted, bad fit
While the sheer artistry of the mesh itself is amazing, these pants are unfittable if your avatar has any belly at all. Even at the largest size (non-standard, apparently) where the ass is out to >there< the pants come nowhere close to fitting in the belly. Is this a flaw? Depends on your avatar. Three stars for being beautifully made, and minus two for being unfittable to realistic avatar shapes. I so wanted to wear these.
