An impressive tower made of stone and filled with ancient arcana. It is six stories high and top floor holds a grand bell which can rung with a stormhammer to call a lightning storm!
Stormbell towers are mainly used by wizards and sorceresses studying elemental water and air magic. The stormbell allows them to attract as much magic energy as they require for their experiments, at the cost of calling rain or even thunderstorm of course.
However Stormbell towers are not only found in lonely regions, in fact they are also built to some distance of cities, to call away approaching storms, preventing them to do damage to the cities.
Sometimes they are also found on rural regions, helping irrigating nearby agriculture, although a skilled stormbell user is required for this, as calling a heavy crop-devastating storm is to be avoided.

I love this Tower with each floor and the rune stone teleporter from level to level. I have a half sim with waterfront and love the views from the top. I placed this on a larger pedestal for excellent views from the top and the "clear floor" (love that feature!) and from the top with the bell. Excellent work and I am into towers. Buying some floating candles and a furnished tent from this talented artist builder.
