Surprisingly nice for the price - Buy it!
I was searching for inexpensive scattered leaves but also needed the bench. Everything else was a bonus for me. Great deal!
Very nice - and tweakable
I did find one quibble (that some people might not care about) - you couldn't walk around all of the outside walls without running into something invisible. Maya's left this able to be easily fixed, so I left this very nice build at 5 stars.
The corner in the wall nearest both "Maya's - Tree in The park 2" and "Maya's - Tree in The park 4" have a linked object (link #2) that somehow extends beyond the walls a number of meters, blocking walking traffic. Setting "Physics Shape Type" to None resolved that for me, though there's other obvious solutions. This is present on the other two trees, but they are rotated so it doesn't stick outside of the walls. It's the reason you can't walk behind those two trees.

Nice item
A lot of good details and fitting animations.
You can use it like whole or just some parts of it.
Prize is very cheap for it and support is quick and really helping.
