Maya's - Montlyn Mansion was made from mesh items. Is fully textured and equipped with all decorations (on picture), for example: lanterns, grass, bench, fireplace, statues etc.
All buildings and courtyard is having separately rez box, so you can move buildings or in easy way delete it. You can copy and mod my buildings, so you can rebuild it too. Courtyard it is undeveloped, so you can developed it in your own way. They will fit for example: Benches, fountain, green area with trees or plain promenade where walks pigeons.
Make your Mansion in your own way. If you don't want to have a courtyard, just delete it. Specification of each building under.

Amazing!
I don't usually write reviews, unless what I am buying is terrible, and should be avoided. I had to make an exception with this though. I can't believe that this mansion is only L$50! The textures are high quality, and it looks like a lot of work has been put into this build. I will for sure be buying a ton more from this seller! Just make sure you have a decent amount of space, it's a fairly large build.

I've spent up to 11,000 lindens on just one house and I have to say Maya's Montlyn Mansion is BY FAR much better quality than the expensive houses I've purchased. Impressive textures, detail and OMG only 50 Lindens! Everything I've purchased from Maya is beautiful and amazing. :)

OMG wow if I could give it more stars I would , for 50L was not expecting this , it is phenomenal and stunning when you rezz it out it does so with the court yard and fence then the rezz boxes for each of 4 YES i said 4 separate units. It will be great for those with families or if you just want separate areas for things such as play . Will definitely get use out of this. Thank you so much your amazine
