Perfect building for boutique or home!
I was so thrilled to rez this GORGEOUS build from Czikitka. I have gotten things from her before and knew it was going to be perfect for my needs. From the unique shape, fly open windows and upstairs detail, the entire building is a dream for shop owners. The build is mod so you can color and re-texture to suit your whims. Its mesh is done right so you have no issues with LOD or faces. It's modular look lets you turn it in either direction and it mix and matches with the other builds in its collection perfectly. It's so well done, it's worth many times more than the price! Also, Czikitka's customer service is EXCELLENT! I had a small issue which she corrected right away and made right in other ways too! :)
