Only one little flaw: the rez-faux causes some positioning script faults (but maybe it is the house - rezzing mesh inside mesh always causes issues). So I would recommend: better rez the included multi prim set (careful! it is not linked!) in a sandbox and then take back every single element. Also linking some stuff (for example, the 3 ceiling lights) saves some prims. The rez-faux won't fit your individual kitchen room anyway, so it is better placing all things you need by hand.
PS: an adult version would be very nice, this one is PG (but with fine poses too)

Absolutely love this kitchen!! I did use rez box, then finished build, then I moved the island closer to the main part to fit in my house and the animations are killer!! Love your creations and will always buy from you! Thank you!
